The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has confirmed for Apples, Onions, and Potatoes certified as meeting Canadian import requirements, there is no longer a required time frame between inspection and shipment to Canada.

Producers of agricultural commodities that experienced revenue losses in 2020 and 2021 due to natural disasters may be eligible for assistance through FSA’s ERP Phase 2 and PARP programs.
