Producers of agricultural commodities that experienced revenue losses in 2020 and 2021 due to natural disasters may be eligible for assistance through FSA’s ERP Phase 2 and PARP programs.

The ERP Phase 2 program provides assistance to eligible producers who realized a revenue loss due to needed expenses on eligible crops due a qualifying disaster event occurring in 2020 or 2021. Crops intended for grazing are excluded. ERP Phase 2 enrollment is open from January 23, 2023 through June 2, 2023.

For more details on the ERP Phase 2 program visit here.

The PARP program will provide assistance for qualifying producers of agricultural commodities who realized revenue decreases in 2020 due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Revenue decreases are compared to 2018 and 2019 revenue. PARP bases assistance on overall revenue losses instead of targeting price loss or market access as previous pandemic assistance did.

More information on the PARP program can be found here.
