RURAL BUSINESS-COOPERATIVE SERVICE, USDA, ANNOUNCES FUNDING OPPORTUNITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023 FOR THE VALUE-ADDED PRODUCER GRANTS.

Applications can be accepted for fiscal year (FY) 2023 under the Value-Added Producer Grant (VAPG) by the Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBCS, Agency), a Rural Development Agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Applications will be accepted subject to the availability of funds. In order to allow sufficient time, this notice is being issued so applicants can leverage financing, complete and submit their applications. Also, to provide RBCS sufficient time to review application within FY 2023. Currently, RBCS expects an approximate $31 million dollars will be available for FY 2023, and applications approved by RBCS for funding will be awarded to the extent available through appropriations. Any incurred expenses in completing the application are the responsibility of the applicant.
