WSPC ELECTS NEW EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE DURING ANNUAL MEETING

This week the Washington State Potato Commission (WSPC) held their annual meeting. During the meeting, the group elected the WSPC’s new Executive Committee for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. Grant Morris was named Chair of the Commission and will begin his one-year term on July 1, 2023. Outgoing Chair, Mark Hammer, will continue to serve on the Executive Committee as the Past Chair. Hammer stated “I thoroughly enjoyed my time as chairman of the WSPC. I am very proud to have been able to work alongside our great Commissioners and the outstanding staff members we have. Thank you to all.”

The WSPC Executive Committee for 2023-2024 include:

• Kraig Knutzen (Burlington), 1st Vice Chair
• Josh Bunger (Pasco), 2nd Vice Chair
• Adam Weber (Moses Lake), Secretary
• Jordan Reed (Pasco), Treasurer
