Next steps in the Murray Inslee process

A draft report analyzing salmon recovery by removing the Lower Snake River Dams is available for public review from June 9, 2022, through July 11, 2022. Public comments on the draft report is encouraged and can be provided via email, through the project website or by mail.

This draft report will provide a recommendation on whether the Lower Snake River Dams should be either breached or retained. When the process completes, a final version of the report will be released and will form a component of the governor and senator’s recommendations on a path forward for the region. All comments must be submitted by 5 p.m., PST, on July 11, 2022.
