The Washington State Potato Commission (WSPC) has long been a supporter of the Washington School Nutrition Association (WSNA). While USDA tried to regulate the amount of potatoes that could be served, these wonderful people wanted to serve more, and we love them for that. They know the importance of potatoes, the health benefits, and that they can keep the kids fuller for longer. This year’s WSNA Conference was held in Tacoma, Washington and this was the first conference post Covid that attained normal attendance numbers.
