WSU RESEARCHERS SEEK INFORMATION ABOUT COMPOST TEAS AND EXTRACTS

Washington State University Scientists Drs. Lynn Carpenter-Boggs and Maren Friesen are looking for farmers with experience or interest in compost teas and extracts to take part in a survey to understand more about their use, benefits, and to gage interest in this technique. Their project seeks to better understand functional microbial community composition of different brewing and extraction methods, the role of feedstock selection, and what compost tea can do in different production systems  For more information, and  to access the survey, go here.
