Washington State University (WSU) Extension and Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) is providing Value Added Food Product Development Training on May 8, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at WSU Spokane in Spokane, Washington. Participants can expect discussions on current marketplace trends, food ingredients and processing, scaling from kitchen to commercial production, and technical details on food placement. It will cover the food development process and gain knowledge on developing preserves, sauces, dressings, vinegars, snacks, baked goods, and other products. It is $25.00 to register for the event.
