The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) has filed a rule change with the Code Reviser Office on behalf of the Washington State Potato Commission. The WSPC WAC has been updated with small grammatical changes as well as gender neutral terms. This is a requirement for all Washington State Agencies.
