WSDA is co-sponsoring workshops on the Bulletins Live Two (BLT) program. Events are planned in Mt. Vernon on Feb 27th  (Mt Vernon registration) and Walla Walla on March 4th (Walla Walla registration).  The overall goals of the workshops are to help growers walk through EPA’s program. It’s a great opportunity to provide feedback and input on these pesticide label changes.

Pesticides in the BLT Program:

  • 1, 3-D:  Telone
  • Prometryn: Caparol
  • Metolachlor: Dual Magnum, Medal, Moccasin
  • Bromoxynil: Huskie, Moxy, Bromac
  • Chlorpyrifos: Dursban, Lorsban
  • Malathion : Malathion
  • Diazinon: Diazinon
  • Cyantraniliprole: Exirel (Southwest WA)
  • Carbaryl: Sevin (Prospective Addition)
  • Methomyl: Lannate (Prospective Addition)
