The Washington Potato & Onion Association (WPOA) invites growers, managers, and ag employers to a timely and practical workshop, Navigating Labor Laws in Agricultural Employment, designed to help agricultural operations understand and manage today’s complex labor and employment landscape.

The session will be led by Sean Worley, a litigator with Stokes Lawrence, P.S. in the firm’s Yakima office. Sean represents both private and municipal employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters and regularly appears before state and federal agencies. His experience includes cases involving wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment claims, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, whistleblower issues, breach of contract, non-competition agreements, FMLA, ADA/WLAD, and matters involving unions and collective bargaining.

This workshop is designed to provide agricultural employers with practical insight into compliance, risk management, and best practices for navigating labor laws that directly impact farm operations and agricultural businesses in Washington State.
