The Washington State University (WSU) Extension will be holding virtual training on Packinghouse Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) on November 4-7, 2024. All employees working with fresh fruit and vegetable packers are encouraged to attend. Food safety, quality assurance, or quality compliance roles will specifically benefit. Field experts will share knowledge on HACCP principles, and through hands on learning attendees will learn to identify food safety hazards, develop control measures, and learn approaches to document and verify their actions.

WHEN: November 4-7, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. PST daily
COST: $250.00 per person
