WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY LAUNCHES NEW AGRICULTURAL EXEMPT FUEL RETAIL SELLERS DIRECTORY

The Department of Ecology (Ecology) has launched a new Agricultural Exempt Fuel Retail Seller Directory providing guidance on which fuels are exempt under the Climate Commitment Act and how retail fuel sellers can register to be included in the directory. An interactive map titled Retail Fuel Sellers Offering Agricultural Fuel Exemptions is also available on the site and provides easy access to the location of fueling stations offering agricultural fuel exemptions and a complete listing of participating retailers and their addresses. Fuel suppliers and/or retail fuel sellers can find guidance for registering their fuel station here.

Ecology encourages sharing the directory and map with farmers, agricultural fuel users, retail gas station managers, and agricultural transporters.
