In an era where reliable seasonal labor is vital to agricultural operations, the Washington Agricultural Field Labor Association (WAFLA) is once again stepping up to support employers navigating the complexities of the H-2A guest worker program. This fall, WAFLA will host two regional H-2A Summits providing a premier opportunity for education, collaboration, and strategic planning in the agricultural labor sector.

Two H-2A Summits will be held, the first is scheduled for November 13, 2025 in Salem, Oregon, and the second on November 20, 2025 in Yakima, Washington. The 2025 H-2A Summits are designed specifically for agricultural employers, HR professionals, and others directly involved in managing or overseeing H-2A labor.

The summits are more than just conferences; they are highly focused industry forums. Attendees will gain critical insights into regulatory changes, compliance updates, best practices, and operational strategies tailored to H-2A employers in the Pacific Northwest.
