STEVE ELFERING OF BOISE, IDAHO ELECTED AS POTATO USA. 2025-26 BOARD CHAIR

Potatoes USA elected Steve Elfering of Boise, Idaho as their 2025-26 Board Chair and announced Executive Committee members at their annual meeting. Elfering has been part of Potatoes USA for the past fourteen years and most recently as the Chair of the Communications Committee. Elfering is Chief Executive Officer at 1,4GROUP, Inc., a family owned chemical distribution business supporting potato growers. He brings a wide range of experience to Potatoes USA. With over three decades in the industry, Elfering has grown and marketed fresh potatoes, been involved in research, and served as a supplier.
