SECURING YOUR WATER RIGHTS WHAT’S NEXT EVENT TAKES PLACE OCTOBER 22, 2024 FROM 6:30-8:30 P.M. AT THE NORTHWEST WASHINGTON FAIRGROUNDS IN LYNDEN, WASHINGTON

The Ag Water Board of Whatcom County and Whatcom Family Farmers will host the “Securing Your Water Rights What’s Next” event at the Northwest Washington Fairgrounds in Lynden, Washington to assist water users in preparation for the Washington State Department of Ecology (WSDOE) lawsuit. To protect their water rights, all water users need to file a form in the Whatcom County Superior Court. Associated Earth Sciences, Inc. Water Rights Consultants Jay Chennault and Katie Faber will assist water users on how to complete the Ecology proposed court claim form. Water Rights Attorney Bill Clarke will present on recent developments in the legal, adjudication, and political process. Larson Gross CPA’s and Consultants sponsored this event.
