The Washington State Potato Commission was proud to participate in the annual Ag World Golf Tournament benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities. We served up our delicious Washington French fries donated by Simplot to hungry golfers at two incredible events—Tuesday, June 3rd at Canyon Lakes Golf Course in Kennewick and Thursday, June 5th at The Links at Moses Pointe in Moses Lake.

Washington’s potato industry continues to be a major economic driver for the state—especially in rural communities east of the Cascades. In 2024, total sales of Washington-grown potatoes reached $1.185 billion, with the value of processed potato product exports soaring to $4.42 billion.
