Under Chapter 173-167 WAC, the Department of Ecology (Ecology) has adopted an Emergency Drought Funding Rule to continue the Drought Response Grant for eligible public entities within the Yakima Basin Watersheds.

The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is launching the Columbia River Drought Insurance Program to assist in providing water for curtailed irrigators during the next Columbia River drought.
