CLIMATE SMART FARM EQUIPMENT GRANTS OPEN SEPTEMBER 4, 2026

Washington potato growers planning equipment investments may want to take a close look at a new funding opportunity from the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA). Beginning September 4, 2026, WSDA will begin accepting applications for its new Climate Smart Farm Equipment Grant, a reimbursement program designed to help producers purchase equipment that improves efficiency while supporting soil health and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
