BRAVER ANGELS HOLDING A VIRTUAL URBAN INITIATIVE TOWN HALL MEETING SEPTEMBER 24, 2024

Braver Angels, an organization founded in 2017 focused on political depolarization, is holding a virtual Urban Initiative Town Hall Meeting September 24, 2024 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. to kickstart a discussion on how to help the general public understand the issues farmers and non-urban residents face bringing farm products to markets. The town hall will hear from wheat, cattle, and fruit farmers plus a University of Washington Climatologist presenting on the impacts of climate change on land and water usage. After presentations are complete, attendees will break into groups to partake in discussions on land, water, climate change, and farm issues.
