Forecasting Report

In compliance with Department of Enterprise Services Supplier Diversity Policy DES-090-06 the Washington State Potato Commission has compiled a Forecasted Needs Report for all non-competitive and competitive purchases for the upcoming fiscal year. This information is available for all business to inform them of WSPC’s anticipated contracting opportunities for the upcoming year. This needs report summarizes the annual forecasted needs for all competitive, sole-source, and non-competitive procurements for single purchases in excess of $20,000. All information contained in this report is based on the best information available at the time reported and is for planning purposes only. This report is not a pre-solicitation synopsis nor a solicitation by the WSPC to procure goods or services. Projected procurements on the report are subject to revision or cancellation. The Washington State Potato Commission is working to encourage and facilitate the purchase of goods and services from small and veteran-owned businesses to the maximum extent possible.

2025-26 Forecasting Report

WSDA updates Potato Commission Washington Administrative Code (WAC)

The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) has filed a rule change with the Code Reviser Office on behalf of the Washington State Potato Commission. The WSPC WAC has been updated with small grammatical changes as well as gender-neutral terms. This is a requirement for all Washington State Agencies. You can review these changes in the attached documents.
