Ingredients

  • 9 cups Rolled Oats, Dry
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 3 tablespoons Cinnamon, Ground
  • 1-1/2 pounds Cheddar Cheese, Shredded, Low Sodium
  • 7 cups Mashed Potatoes, Prepared
  • 1 cup Sunflower Butter
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. 1. Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir to combine.

    2. Using a #30 portion scoop, scoop/portion out bites Using gloved hands lightly sprayed with pan spray, roll the scooped bites into balls.

    3. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve Chilled. Enjoy!
