Ingredients
- 9 cups Rolled Oats, Dry
- 1 cup Raisins
- 3 tablespoons Cinnamon, Ground
- 1-1/2 pounds Cheddar Cheese, Shredded, Low Sodium
- 7 cups Mashed Potatoes, Prepared
- 1 cup Sunflower Butter
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
Directions
Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Using a #30 portion scoop, scoop/portion out bites Using gloved hands lightly sprayed with pan spray, roll the scooped bites into balls.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve Chilled. Enjoy!
