Pot Pie Factory-Shepherds Pie

- Bay Leaf

- Cornstarch
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Vegetables
- Potatoes
- Whole Milk
- Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream
Directions
Meat + Marinade:
1 lb Lamb or Beef Stew Meat
1 Tbs Olive Oil
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Paprika
⅛ tsp Coriander
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Rosemary, chopped
Sauce and Vegetables:
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 cp Yellow Onions, diced
1 Quart + ⅓ cp Lamb or Beef Stock
1 clove of garlic
1 Rib of celery
1 Bay Leaf
¼ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp of each herb: Rosemary, Thyme, Marjoram
1 Tbs fresh Parsley
1.5tsp Salt
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2-3 tsp Cornstarch
2 cups of Vegetables: carrots, corn kernels, peas, cauliflower, parsnips, mushrooms, etc
Mashed Potato Topping:
2 lbs Potatoes, peeled
3 Tbs Butter
1 cp Whole Milk
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp White Pepper
1 clove of Garlic
⅛ tsp Nutmeg
⅛ tsp Paprika
2 Tbs Parsley
2 Tbs Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream
