Who doesn’t love classic mashed potatoes? Undeniably, a dinner favorite...right? One bite brings you back to family memories or a favorite holiday… it’s just the perfect comfort food.
But WAIT! Hold on! What is this? Mashed potatoes with a whole new twist? This year at the So Northwest Woman’s Show, we are going to be sampling mashed potatoes like you have never tasted before.
Swing by the Washington State Potato Commission booth to talk to staff and growers about Washington potatoes. Be sure to grab some delicious potato recipes and sample our original potato mash ups. We will be serving Greek mashed potatoes, red potatoes mashed with feta cheese, dill, parsley and scallions and a traditional American mashed potato- the Yukon gold with bacon, cheddar cheese and green onions!
