Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) & FSMA Preventable Controls for Human Food certification training offered March 14-16, 2023 at the Spring Hill Suites at 7048 W. Grandridge Boulevard in Kennewick, Washington.

This hands-on foundational training will be geared towards potato and onion packers and will help individuals who work with vegetable packers to accurately identify hazards and capably develop programs to mitigate risk effectively. Practice identifying food safety hazards and develop control measures while solidifying documentation approaches and action verification with the oversight and knowledge of field experts. Training includes all necessary materials, lunches and course certificates.

Class size is limited to 30 participants, so register by February 24, 2023 to guarantee a spot.

Washington Potato & Onion Association (WPOA) members are eligible to participate in training for $200 per attendee with a limitation of one participant per shed. Cost for non-WPOA members is $1,500 per attendee. After February 24, 2023, registration will be open to more participants.
