Green Goddess Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dehydrated Potato Flakes
- 2 1/2 cups soy milk
- 2 cups firmly packed kale leaves
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and halved
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
In blender, purée potato flakes, soy milk, kale, banana, peach slices, avocado, honey, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Serve immediately.
Tip: Keep frozen bananas on hand. Simply cut ripe bananas into chunks and arrange in a single layer on a parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, then transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
