Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dehydrated Potato Flakes
  • 2 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 2 cups firmly packed kale leaves
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and halved
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. In blender, purée potato flakes, soy milk, kale, banana, peach slices, avocado, honey, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Tip: Keep frozen bananas on hand. Simply cut ripe bananas into chunks and arrange in a single layer on a parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, then transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
