Fry Days

Ingredients
- Old Bay Seasoned Fries & Cocktail Cream Sauce:
- 1 bag (1# 8 oz) seasoned crispy fries
- Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup chili sauce
- 2 Tablespoon s ketchup
- 3 teaspoons horseradish cream or fresh grated horseradish root
- 2 teaspoon s lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 Tablespoon s parsley , finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Malt Vinegar Crinkle Cut Fries & Jalapeño Dill Dip:
- 1 bag (1# 10 oz) crinkle cut fries
- Malt vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup s sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnais
- 1 cup (about 2 small) dill pickle s , finely chopped
- 4 Tablespoons capers, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 jalapeños (roughly 4 Tablespoons) with seeds, minced
- 4 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 4 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- chopped fresh dill and parsley to garnish
Directions
Old Bay Seasoned Fries & Cocktail Cream Sauce:
Bake seasoned fries according to package directions. When done, remove from oven and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. In a small bowl or food processor, blend remaining ingredients until creamy. Serve immediately with hot seasoned fries.
Malt Vinegar Crinkle Cut Fries & Jalapeño Dill Dip:
Bake crinkle-cut fries according to package directions. When done, remove from oven and splash with malt vinegar and sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs. In a small bowl or food processor, mix remaining ingredients. Serve immediately with hot crinkle-cut fries.
