Ingredients

  • Old Bay Seasoned Fries & Cocktail Cream Sauce:
  • 1 bag (1# 8 oz) seasoned crispy fries
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon s ketchup
  • 3 teaspoons horseradish cream or fresh grated horseradish root
  • 2 teaspoon s lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 Tablespoon s parsley , finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Malt Vinegar Crinkle Cut Fries & Jalapeño Dill Dip:
  • 1 bag (1# 10 oz) crinkle cut fries
  • Malt vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup s sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnais
  • 1 cup (about 2 small) dill pickle s , finely chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons capers, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 jalapeños (roughly 4 Tablespoons) with seeds, minced
  • 4 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • chopped fresh dill and parsley to garnish

Directions

  1. Old Bay Seasoned Fries & Cocktail Cream Sauce:

    Bake seasoned fries according to package directions. When done, remove from oven and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. In a small bowl or food processor, blend remaining ingredients until creamy. Serve immediately with hot seasoned fries.

  2. Malt Vinegar Crinkle Cut Fries & Jalapeño Dill Dip:

    Bake crinkle-cut fries according to package directions. When done, remove from oven and splash with malt vinegar and sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs. In a small bowl or food processor, mix remaining ingredients. Serve immediately with hot crinkle-cut fries.
