FRIES AT THE FRESH HOP ALE FESTIVAL

While festivals look a little different these days, one thing hasn’t changed, people love french fries, especially fries from Washington!  Freida the Fry Van made a trip to the Fresh Hop Ale Festival in Yakima, WA this past weekend, one of the largest Fresh Hop festivals in the Nation.  With approximately 5,000 attendees from all over Washington, the WSPC staff, commissioners and volunteers were busy handing out free fries and potato swag, educating attendees on the potato crops that are grown right here in their own state, and they were also introducing folks to our new potaotes.com app for easy access to recipes and events.  If you have not already downloaded our app, you can download it here.
