COMPLETE A SURVEY ON SMOKE HAZARDS IN THE AGRICULTURAL WORKPLACE AND BE ENTERED INTO A DRAWING FOR $50 ELECTRONIC AMAZON GIFT CERTIFICATE
Washington State University (WSU) College of Nursing wants to identify the best practices to promote occupational health and is asking supervisor’s of outdoor workers to assist by completing a survey on smoke hazards in the agricultural workplace. To be eligible to participate in the survey, you must be 18 and work in Washington state in a supervisory role of workers who spend 50% of their workweek outside during the peak season for smoke from May to October. Questions will be geared towards supervision of workers in smoky outdoor conditions. Your responses will be confidential.
By supplying your email at the end of the survey, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win a $50 electronic Amazon gift certificate. In total, eighteen gift cards will be drawn! Of course, the email provided will not be linked to the survey for confidentiality.
