Blue Cheese Hash Brown Pizza
Ingredients
- 12 oz. pizza dough
- Small tub of Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 t. olive oil
- 2 c. shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 T. chopped parsley
- 2 T. sliced, fresh basil
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- ½ t. salt
- ¼ t. pepper
- ¼ c. crumbled Blue cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Line 10-inch pizza pan with dough and bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Sauté onions in oil until tender; add potatoes and seasonings and mix well.
Spread Mascarpone cheese over crust then spread the sautéed mixture over the pizza. Crumble blue cheese on top and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 6-8 minutes until cheese melts and pizza is lightly browned.
