A NEW APP DELIVERS PESTICIDE LABEL INFORMATION TO YOUR PHONE

A mobile phone application for iPhone and Android phones and tablets called PestiSeguro^TM/PestiSafe^TM  developed by the University of Washington’s Pacific Northwest Agricultural Safety and Health Center is available to download here.  The app delivers pesticide label safety information in English and Spanish and provides electronic copies of pesticide labels.  It will be updated continually using Washington State University’s Pesticide Information Center OnLine (PICOL) database.  The app is free to download until October 31, 2022.  An annual service fee will be assessed after February 2023 to ensure service updates.
