2020 So Northwest Women's Show
Tickets to the 2020 NW Women’s Show in Tacoma, WA are on sale now! This year's show will feature everything from cooking to beauty products. WSPC staff and commissioners will be exhibiting at the show. You don’t want to miss our special potato mash-up samples! We will be sharing Greek mashed potatoes, red potatoes mashed with feta cheese, dill, parsley and scallions and a traditional American mashed potato- the Yukon gold with bacon, cheddar cheese and green onions! Chef Logan Niles, is a Culinary Institute of America alumna, who cut her teeth in the New York City catering scene for over a decade as the Executive Chef of Blue Nile Catering. Logan's love of international fusion cuisine can now be found at her newest company, Pot Pie Factory, in Seattle, where she fuses a traditional American classic with the flavors of our diverse, cultural melting pot. When she's not cooking and teaching she's helping Moms trim down via her wellness business Mind Over Manna.
