2019 NW Foodservice Show
Earlier this week the Washington State Potato Commission put on a popular exhibit at the Northwest Foodservice Show in Portland, Oregon. The target audience of the show was local restaurant owners and operators. Over the course of the two-day show, Commission staff members prepared French fries, handed out new recipes, peelers, and connected/educated attendees on Washington state potatoes in all their forms and varieties. The trade show featured around 170 exhibitors and approximately 6,500 attendees. Folks loved our free fries, and many agree Washington potatoes are the best spuds around!
